Position: Logistics Co-ordinator

Date:  6th April 2017

Wisetek has a requirement for a Logistics Coordinator reporting to the Sales and Customer Service Manager.

The employee appointed to the role will be responsible for the following:

General Responsibilities:

Outbound Shipments

-          Large/Bulky Shipments ensuring they are packaged correctly and paperwork is in order for    export.

-          Arrange collection and communication with the non-Courier Service (TNT/UPS/Fedex)

-          Ensure the outgoing paperwork and regulations are followed

Inbound Shipments

-          Arrange collections from Global and Ireland Suppliers/Customer as requested

-          Track delivery etc.

-          Ensure the costing is market competitive

Freight Rates

-          Review the current freight rates with our existing service providers

-          Come up with proposals to reduce freight costs

Customs & All Shipping Documentation

-          Address any issues which may arise with regard to customs/etc.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in dealing with International Logistics
  • Producing Weekly/Monthly reports and monitors relevant KPI’s
  •  Support any activities required as requested by Senior Management
  •  Manage Customer Relationship as required
  •  Ensure health and safety is uppermost in all operational processes.
  •  Ensure best practice in Logistics/Shipping management in accordance with agreed customer SLA’s
  • To ensure the security, integrity and safety of all shipments in adherence with Company Policy
  • Support Wisetek’s Environment & Health and Safety Policy

  • Highly Motivated
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills are essential.

Position: Marketing Executive

Reporting to: Sales and Marketing Director

Wisetek has a requirement for a Marketing Executive reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director.

We are looking for an experienced individual to support services sales activities targeted at high level executives within large multinational corporations with operations across the globe.

 

General Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Sales and Marketing Director
  • Driving the Wisetek Global  Profile, Brand & Image
  • External communications
  • Market Research:
  • Company Sustainability Focus 
  • Digital Marketing
  • Customer visits / corporate briefings / tours / Customer Events etc.
  • Trade Shows

Qualifications:

  • 2 Years Marketing experience within a sales orientated environment
  • Marketing qualification with B2B experience,
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Competent in the marketing use of Internet and graphical tools 
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work to agreed deadlines
  • Good computer skills with high level of competency in all Microsoft Office and graphical packages

Position: Cleaning/Canteen Operative

4 hrs a Day, 5 Days a Week (Glanmire/Little Island Area)

Date: 19th January 2017

Reporting to: Global HR Manager

 

General Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain the Canteen area throughout the day
  • Mop and Buff vinyl and/or hard floor areas of the building, plus vacuum carpets
  • Clean toilet areas of the building
  • Collect and remove rubbish and waste material to authorised disposal points
  • Take responsibility for the safe use of all cleaning materials and equipment used in the course of your duties
  • To work in a safe manner for the benefit of oneself and other occupants of the building

Qualifications

  • Experience in the use of cleaning equipment is essential
  • Basic health and safety knowledge
  • Flexible approach
  • Good language and communication skills required
  • Ability to work on his/her own initiative
